2. Free Tickets

2.1 Booking Requirements

  • All free tickets must be booked in advance through our website
  • Tickets are subject to availability
  • Walk-ins are not guaranteed entry
  • A £0.00 card authorization is required for verification purposes

2.2 Ticket Conditions

  • Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable
  • One ticket per person required
  • Children require their own ticket
  • Tickets cannot be resold or exchanged for cash
  • Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may result in entry denial

3. Restaurant Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

  • Restaurant reservations require a £0.00 authorization hold
  • Reservations must be made in advance
  • Dining reservations include complimentary garden access
  • Window table upgrades may incur additional charges

3.2 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • No-shows may be charged a cancellation fee
  • Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may result in table reassignment

4. Entry Requirements

4.1 Security & Identification

  • Valid photo ID required for all visitors (passport, driving license, or national ID)
  • Airport-style security screening is mandatory
  • Right to refuse entry is reserved
  • Prohibited items will be confiscated

4.2 Prohibited Items

  • Weapons or dangerous objects
  • Large bags or suitcases
  • Outside food and beverages
  • Professional camera equipment (tripods, drones)
  • Illegal substances

5. Age Restrictions

  • Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult (18+)
  • Children cannot enter bars after 6pm on weekdays
  • Children cannot enter bars after 9pm on weekends
  • Age verification may be required

6. Code of Conduct

Visitors are expected to:

  • Behave in a respectful and orderly manner
  • Follow all posted signs and staff instructions
  • Not engage in disruptive behavior
  • Not damage property or plants
  • Respect other visitors' experience

7. Liability & Disclaimers

7.1 Limitation of Liability

Sky Garden is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage to personal property
  • Personal injury except where caused by our negligence
  • Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Weather conditions affecting outdoor terrace access

7.2 Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

8. Photography & Media

  • Photography for personal use is permitted
  • Commercial photography requires prior written permission
  • By visiting, you consent to being photographed/filmed for promotional purposes
  • Professional equipment (tripods, gimbals) is not permitted

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Sky Garden and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Website Use

  • The website is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We may modify or discontinue services without notice
  • Users must not attempt to hack or disrupt the website
