How do I book a free ticket?
Click the "Book Free Ticket" button on our homepage or tickets page. Select your preferred date, enter the number of tickets needed, and provide your contact information. You'll receive an email confirmation immediately. A £0.00 card authorization is required for verification.
When Are Sky Garden Tickets Released?
Sky Garden tickets are released exactly 3 weeks (21 days) in advance on a rolling basis at midnight. This means new dates become available every single day.
Example: Want to visit on March 1st? Tickets are released on February 8th at 12:00am (midnight).
Booking Strategy: Check the booking page first thing in the morning (7-9am) after the midnight release. Weekend and evening slots typically sell out within 2-6 hours. For best selection, book your Sky Garden London tickets as soon as they become available.
Do I need a ticket if I'm dining at a restaurant?
No, if you have a restaurant reservation at Darwin Brasserie, Fenchurch, or Larch, you don't need a separate ticket. Your dining reservation includes complimentary access to the gardens. Please arrive no more than 30 minutes before your reservation.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive no more than 30 minutes before your booking time. There is airport-style security screening which can take 10-15 minutes. Late arrivals (15+ minutes after your slot) may be denied entry.
What should I bring?
You must bring valid photo ID (passport, driving license, or national ID card). Children also require ID or proof of age. Bring your booking confirmation (email or screenshot). Large bags, tripods, and outside food/drinks are not permitted.
Is there a dress code?
For the public garden, there's no specific dress code. For restaurants, we recommend smart casual attire. Sportswear, beachwear, and overly casual clothing may not be suitable for fine dining venues.
Can I bring children?
Yes, children are welcome at all times when accompanied by an adult (18+). However, children under 18 cannot enter the bars after 6pm on weekdays and 9pm on weekends. All children require their own ticket for garden access.
How long can I stay?
There is no time limit for your visit. You're welcome to spend as long as you like enjoying the views and gardens. Restaurant diners typically have a 2-hour dining window.
How do I get to Sky Garden?

Yes, window tables can be reserved at Darwin Brasserie and Fenchurch Restaurant for an additional charge (£10-15 per person). Select "Window Table" when choosing your time slot during booking.
What's the temperature like inside?
Sky Garden is climate-controlled and maintained at a comfortable temperature year-round (approximately 18-22°C). The outdoor terrace is subject to weather conditions.
Can I bring pets?
Only registered assistance dogs are permitted at Sky Garden. Pets are not allowed for hygiene and safety reasons.
Why is a card authorization required?
The £0.00 authorization verifies that your payment card is valid and helps reduce no-shows. No funds are charged - it's purely for verification. The authorization is released immediately and should disappear from your statement within 1-3 business days.
